Tuition and Scholarships

The Master of Marketing degree will give you a distinct advantage in this competitive field—giving you credibility for interviews and improving your potential to succeed, which tie to upward mobility in early career development and earnings.


Annual tuition is the same for all Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management programs. For the 2016-2017 academic year, we estimate:

  • Tuition*: $51,900
  • Required Student Activity Fees: $450 est.
  • Other: books, living expenses, insurance, etc. -- variable 

*For the MMark program, the 2016-17 tuition covers summer 2016, fall 2016 and spring 2017, with expected graduation in May 2017.

All Owen students live off campus but most live nearby. There are numerous residential buildings within one mile of Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management and several that are within walking distance. Our students typically publish an overview of housing options in March and post it to the Admitted Applicants website. You may also visit the Off-Campus Referral Service website provided by the Vanderbilt University Office of Housing and Residential Education. 

Health Insurance

Merit-Based Scholarships

All applicants are automatically considered for merit-based scholarships in a competitive applicant pool. Selection criteria include academic and personal achievements evidenced by GPA, GMAT scores, resume, letters of recommendation, essays and the evaluative interview. Vanderbilt OGSM does not offer need-based scholarships.
